Show/Hide Details
by Greg Lobring
Hello, I am trying to find where to configure FC2 so that when my
computer is booting up (before it gets to the login screen) it will
default to the "Show Details" screen (instead of me having to click
the "Show Details" link).
Is this possible to do? If so, can anyone point me in the right
direction? I searched all through the Login Screen configuration, but
all of that occurs after.
Many thanks.

Dual Head and maximum resolution.
by Jim Cornette
I am trying to setup dual head and it seems that the max resolution for
each of the different cards is maxed at 800x600. Is this a normal limit
for dual-head setups. The resolution happens whether I setup the
secondary card for dual head or have it active as a virtual desktop.
Hardware is below for video.
Internal:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corp. 82815 CGC [Chipset
Graphics Controller] (rev 02)
PCI card:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon R100 QD
[Radeon 7200]

Where did you get it from?
for one - this error happens with few other packages as well (when
installing RHL9 compiled binaries on FC1) - so, its kind of a known
issue.
And then, I think - the '9' in the revision indicates its built for
RHL9.

Up2date
by TongKe Xue
Hi all,
I hav a few questions concerning up2date.
1) What is RedHat's GPG key? Up2date said it was going to "install the
key" but didn't say what the key was.
2) How can I ensure that the packages I download are from
RedHat/Fedora and not spoofed/trojaned? (By the man in middle attack)
Thanks,
