That's why I said "important information should be cc-ing"
But I also prefer the last idea (using tags)
We will fall into the pit of "cross-posting" and you don't want to
fall in there :)
The sender will always know if the information has to be world wide
or
not. For example, organizing the EMEA LiveCD distribution has nothing
to do with NA, but they still can give their though about it.
Many info that seems regional (EMEA media) can be handy for other
regions too. I was benefited many times from posts that concerned NA
or APAC. :)
Of course, if tags are not used this won't work.
I think that we should use more the mailing list (at least for EMEA
specific tasks), hence this would be useful.
