Comment:
Hey, I'm going to reject this one as:
1) it's not reallya thing we want to reward (although that hasn't stopped
us before)
2) there are already a few too many badges awarded for people doing
packager/bodhi workflow.. this would be "just another one"
Thanks for submitting the idea!

Comment (by ralph):
Noting here that FAS3 will make this easier.
The tricky bit is associating FAS accounts with Stack Exchange accounts
(who is who!?). FAS3 is supposed to provide facilities to make those kind
of mappings easier (and verifiable).

What the badge should be granted for: Testing phpMyAdmin package updates
in Bodhi for Fedora and EPEL branches. The phpMyAdmin releases are often
security or important bug fix updates, but happen also often faster than
the regular push cycle (7 or 14 days), thus this badge is intended to
motivate the testers.
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
* 1: phpMyAdmin tester I -- You did it: The first phpMyAdmin package
test!
* 10: phpMyAdmin tester II -- Oops, you did it again and again: 10
tests!
* 40: phpMyAdmin tester III -- You tested 40 phpMyAdmin updates - just
awesome!
* 100: phpMyAdmin tester IV -- 100 phpMyAdmin package tests, you are an
ubertester!
Anything else we need to know: The idea is to have this stackable, the
texts and levels above are suggestions, feel free to suggest better ones.

build with a newer one

Anything else we need to know:
I was recently replacing one build in one of my updates with a newer one
and was watching `fedmsg`. I _think_ there is no msg sent yet, that you
removed on build from the update. Or did I just miss it?
