It is also about 1024 so it does not require priv to bind to it. I like the choice and have made the necessary changes to SELinux in the upstream repository.

The one that looks appropriate is 9090, which is for "Web System Manager". It's pretty easy to remember and hopefully will be consistent with some other web based consoles for other OS's.
