Hello.
I orphaned python-astunparse. It used to be a dependency of python-gast (a dependency of pythran), but it is no longer so since at least Fedora 36.
python-astor is the only dependent package in Rawhide, seems to be a leaf.
python-astunparse is currently broken on Python 3.13 and I have not investigated why. The latest upstream commit is 5 years old.

Thanks for the heads up.

It's a test dependency for python-astor used only for a handful of optional tests. I removed it.

Time to let it go.

Comment from the upstream issue tracker: "In theory, no current Python package supporting Python since version 3.9 should be required to use this package, as the functionality is available in the stdlib now: https://docs.python.org/3/library/ast.html#ast.unparse python/cpython@27fc3b6"
https://github.com/simonpercivall/astunparse/issues/67#issuecomment-14383512...
So I guess it is really not worth keeping this package alive in Fedora.

Well, the last package depending on it has just dropped that dependency. So, yeah, the package might as well be retired now.
Thanks for pointing out that comment. That's probably something `astor` upstream might want to look into - python-astor was the last remaining package in Fedora depending on `astunparse`.
