Hello,
some time ago, Stephen Gallagher approached ABRT team with a request to include /etc/os-release and especially VARIANT_ID in the Bugzilla bugs opened by ABRT.
We have decided to put this information into Whiteboard in this form: "VARIANT_ID=$id;"
Here is the list of Fedora 23 bugs for Workstation: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?classification=Fedora&list_id=39...
, Server: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?classification=Fedora&list_id=39...
and Cloud: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?classification=Fedora&list_id=39...
Regards, Jakub ABRT team
A few months after Fedora 23 was released we have:
- 1149 bug reports for Workstation - 14 bug reports for Server - 5 bug reports for Cloud
It doesn't mean that Server and Cloud variants are more stable. Fedora Workstation users just use ABRT to report crashes more often.
Regards, Jakub

Do we have stats for non-edition reports? (Covering, e.g. other spins.)

Those bugs can be identified by their Whiteboard. ABRT adds 'abrt_hash:[^;]*;' to all Bugzilla bugs but 'VARIANT_ID=[^;]*;' only to those opened for systems with the filed in the /etc/os-release file. Therefore non-edition bug report Whiteboards must match '^abrt_hash:[^;]*;$' regular expression.
The following query returns 612 bug reports:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?classification=Fedora&list_id=44...
However, this is just an approximation as Whiteboard can be modified.
ABRT will provide you with a more accurate statistics, once we find human resources to implement processing of VARIANT_ID in FAF (ABRT server) [0][1] (the client is already including this information in its reports but the server cannot process it).

Cool, thanks.
