Jerry James discovered a code gen bug in the latest OCaml 5.2 on Rawhide:
https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml/issues/13220
Luckily this only affects ppc64le and is obvious when you hit it, producing an error rather than silently miscompiling code.
Nevertheless I'm going to fix it today. Unfortunately because it changes compiler hashes I will have to rebuild all the packages in a side tag (f41-build-side-91297).
In addition I'm going to do some other tidy-ups:
* Add an Epoch in ocaml-calendar to match RHEL 10, see: https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/ocaml-calendar/-/commit/92adf4c...
* Add RHEL gating tests.
* Remove dependency from ocaml-dune to ocaml-csexp & ocaml-pp (RHEL only).

This is done now:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-35d249636b
'plplot' and 'swig' FTBFS for reasons which appeared to be nothing to do with OCaml.
