Whats your use case here? You want to use the same repo file for epel
in both rhel6 and rhel7 without installing epel-release?

http://fedora.mirror.serversaustralia.com.au/epel// has 6, 6Server, 7 but
no 7Server.
It would be good to have 7Server too. Not the end of the world, as I can
work around this, but yes it would be good to have a 7Server just because
it's easier to automate things

can be
