Haskell packaging contributions to Fedora are always welcome: cc'ing haskell-devel list.

Please cabal2spec for packaging cabal packages to Fedora.
I recommend looking at the current packages to get a clear
idea of how we are doing.  And suggestions for improvements
to our packaging are welcome too.

Yes, Haskell SIG is just a group of interested people working together on
packaging Haskell for Fedora.

There is no special process for Haskell packages, except the Haskell Packaging Guidelines
(which need some updating anyway) - you just follow the usual path to become a packager
through sponsorship in the Package review process.

You can also ask questions on our little #fedora-haskell channel: we have about one
person in each of Asia, US, and Europe.
