Well, I do have a fresh install. The only configuration files that I backup and restore
from my home directory are those for Akregator and firefox.
OK.

The problem exists for a newly created user too.
I guess I'll follow Rex's advice and wait for the updates before filing a bug
report.
Btw, the related packages I installed manually after doing a fresh Fedora install are:
kdepim-addons & kdepim-common.
I do this to get PIM events plugin for the calendar widget. I've been doing this for
a
couple of years and I hope they are still valid.
FWIW, I had kdepim-addons already installed but not kdepim-common. I installed that and
everything still works just fine for me.
[egreshko@f30bk ~]$ rpm -q korganizer kdepim-common kdepim-addons
korganizer-18.12.2-1.fc30.x86_64
kdepim-common-17.12.3-3.fc30.x86_64
kdepim-addons-18.12.2-1.fc30.x86_64
