Hi Servesha,
The redis article is much appreciated. We discussed in editorial and
would like to see some fixes:
* Can you include more information about how a user/developer would
put Redis to use? The intro has some discussion about how Redis
works, but not as much about the use cases -- the situations where
one would want to install and use it.
* The second half of the article is mainly some simple bullet lists.
This isn't usually a preferred format for an article. Instead, can
you do the following:
* Expand the bullet sections of CLI commands into explanation of
each command and examples
* Move the MySQL comparison earlier in the article, before the
installation/commands area, and instead of bullets, use paragraphs
of explanation. You can focus on just a few comaprisons that will
make the most impact to a user/developer. Wherever you introduce
special terms, make sure to explain them (example: replication
methods).
Thanks for your contribution!
