I therefore propose that we proceed in the same way this month as we did last time. We will now switch to UTC-1, so that the local time for our US members will not change and we Europeans will have to "go" one hour earlier this Wednesday.
As long as this is a one-shot kind of deal, I'm okay with this.
Yes, it’s a one shot action, just the day after tomorrow.
In the fall, we should then decide anew depending on the situation and what is best.
Another question is to move our meeting generally. Let's discuss this separately from the current changeover so as not to confuse things.
I'm okay moving our meetings to any work day of the week. I have no issues moving the meeting later in the day but am not sure I can participate if the meeting moves earlier than it is now.
