Hi,
Today I published some new documentation from stg to our public documentation:
1. a slightly updated start page https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-server/
2. Setting up a basic web server https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-server/services/httpd-basic-setu...
3. File sharing with NFS – Installation https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-server/services/filesharing-nfs-...
4. ImageFactory – How to Create a Virtual Machine Disk Image https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-server/tutorials/imagefactory/
5. Installing Wordpress CMS https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-server/tutorials/wordpress-insta...
No. 1 is just a minor update to F39.
No. 2 needs a review. Additionally I filed a bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2258121
No. 3 & 4 are already reviewed.
No. 5 is a spontaneous transcription of my notes about a customer requested installation. Review appreciated.
Peter

That would be great. Specifically I hope, I got the ssl issue right and the bug report.

Great work! I only have one thing to add here: please be aware of https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/KiwiBuiltCloudImages
The current plan of record is to work towards replacing ImageFactory with Kiwi throughout 2024.

Yes, I noticed the discussion but didn’t catch the time frame. I hope Kiwi will prove to be a wise decision. Doesn't Redhat / CentOS use imagebuilder / osbuild? And do you know, will we use Kiwi for installation media, too?
The ImageFactory text is basically a transcription of my notes and worksheet about creating the Server VM image. Instead of letting it rot away in a drawer, it might still be useful for someone else :-) .
