Greetings testers!
It's meeting time again on Monday! We haven't met for a while, and
we're at the end of the F24 cycle so we should probably co-ordinate
final testing and check in on the graphical system upgrade status.
If anyone has any other items for the agenda, please reply to this
email and suggest them! Thanks.
== Proposed Agenda Topics ==
1. Previous meeting follow-up
2. Fedora 24 status and test planning
3. Graphical system upgrade status
4. Open Floor

# F24 Blocker Review meeting
# Date: 2016-06-06
# Time: 16:00 UTC
# Location: #fedora-blocker-review on irc.freenode.net
Hi folks! We currently have 3 proposed Final blockers and 12 proposed
Final freeze exceptions to review (these numbers may change with in-bug
votes over the weekend). There are also 6 accepted blockers to check in
on, and 5 proposed freeze exception issues to review since the freeze
will kick in on Tuesday.
This meeting is especially important as it's the last regularly-
scheduled blocker review meeting before Go/No-Go on 2016-06-09, so
please do come along if you can!
If you have time this weekend, you can take a look at the proposed or
accepted blockers before the meeting - the full lists can be found
here: https://qa.fedoraproject.org/blockerbugs/ .
We'll be evaluating these bugs to see if they violate any of the
Release Criteria and warrant the blocking of a release if they're not
fixed. Information on the release criteria for F24 can be found on the
wiki [0].
For more information about the Blocker and Freeze exception process,
check out these links:

And for those of you who are curious how a Blocker Review Meeting
works - or how it's supposed to go and you want to run one - check out
the SOP on the wiki:

Have a good weekend and see you on Monday!

Hi folks! We currently have quite a backlog of proposed blocker bugs
for F24. Unfortunately I forgot to schedule a special blocker meeting
for yesterday or today, so we don't have one till Monday. To help
clarify the F24 situation it'd be great if folks could vote in-bug for
all the proposed blockers and, if possible, the proposed FEs. You can
find the bugs here:
https://qa.fedoraproject.org/blockerbugs/milestone/24/final/buglist
we welcome votes from anyone, but votes from regular blocker meeting
attendees will likely be weighted a bit higher in the Patented Fuzzy
Blocker Voting System (wherein I look at all the votes and decide what
to do...muahahahahahaha, the power). Please read
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_blocker_bug_process before voting
if you're not familiar with the process, and if in doubt, just vote
however I voted ;)))
By "vote in-bug" I just mean write a comment with your vote (e.g. "+1
blocker" or "-1 blocker") and any thoughts/comments you have.
Thanks everyone!

mkvtoolnix-9.2.0-1.fc23 (FEDORA-2016-5cb965b77b)
Matroska container manipulation utilities
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
From upstream changelog: * MKVToolNix GUI: merge tool enhancement: the action
"select all attached files" in the popup menu actions for the attached files
view has been split up into "enable all attached files" and "disable all
attached files". Implements #1698. * MKVToolNix GUI: merge tool bug fix: it's no
longer possible to select "1" as the maximum number of files to split into as
mkvmerge doesn't accept that value. Fixes #1695. * mkvmerge: bug fix: the
"interval" chapter generation mode was always creating one chapter too many. *
mkvmerge: bug fix: if a certain number of chapters had been generated with
--generate-chapters then mkvmerge wasn't replacing the void placeholder with the
actual chapters. Fixes #1693. * MKVToolNix GUI: merge tool bug fix: the track
column "track in output" wasn't taking into account if the track had its
"default track" flag set to "no" in the source file. This would result in the
column showing "yes" in certain situations even though mkvmerge would assign
"no". * mkvmerge: bug fix: fixed detection of (E-)AC-3 in MPEG TS files with
unusual stream types (e.g. 0x87) but with (E-)AC-3 PMT descriptors. Fixes #1684.
* mkvmerge, mkvextract: bug fix: fixed handling of Big Endian PCM with a bit
depth other than 16, 32 or 64 bits/sample. Other formats were using the Little
Endian codec ID, but their content was actually not byte-swapped to match it.
Now those other bit depths are byte-swapped to Little Endian, too. Fixes #1683.
* mkvinfo GUI: enhancement: the window title now includes the file name.
Implements #1679. * mkvmerge: enhancement: the "bit depth" track header field
will be set for DTS tracks from the first DTS core header. Implements #1680.
