Your understanding is correct but this is rawhide. If you are running that then you should expect things to break and if you are able to contribute to a search for solutions then even better. Plain "does not work" is not going that far but if you do not have anything more informative then so be it. Even if you say "I tried this and that and still no go" that brings something too.
3 machines with different hardware are not booting with 29
