Of 2298 installed packages, 456 are still .fc33. Can that be right at this stage of development? I found and removed several that I found more than one installed version of, not necessarily one each of f33 and f34. e.g. both 7.5-26 and 7.5-30 of f34 xorg-x11-fonts-misc, and 2.37-15 and 2.37-16 of f34 dejavu-sans-mono-fonts, remain installed ATM.

Looking through the repo I see quite a few fc33 packages. However, having multiple versions of the same packages sounds like something went wrong. Try running "dnf distro-sync".

I'm drawing a blank on how or when this happened, and was drawing a blank on distro-sync. :P Before distro-sync would start I had to lock sudo and force remove iptables-legac*. The overall result gained little freespace, leaving 1260 installed packages, so down about 1,000. Most screen output during the process was delete failed due to file not found. fc33 package count dropped to 6. It still boots, and Plasma runs too.
Thanks!
I have about 6 man-hours of usage of Fedora 34 WS Beta, and there are no f33 packages on my install.
I did a query, and dnf said that 1721 lines are counted. I do not think I have installed much yet. I assume there are packages that can be removed that I have no use for. That is on my long list of things to learn how to do. I think I will run a sudo dnf rm grub2* and reboot.
That is my April Fools Joke.
Cheers.
