James Alaska has been playing with automating testing ( cobbler,snake,koan,syslinux ) and at the same time has been creating setup direction for tetsters/testing ( unfinished ) so I recomend testers to take a look at jlaska's blog ( http://jlaska.livejournal.com/ ) and start playing...

Whoops, you're right. I know my offset from UTC, I just can't do basic math.
