Don't know if anyone else is seeing this, but when attaching a file to a message in Evolution (latest version from Raw Hide), the pane at the bottom of the message window is created but there's nothing in it, making it look like the attachment didn't succeed. Actually, it does succeed, but it's mighty confusing to the user.

Never mind, found a previous report after all...

It's fixed in the latest Evolution development snapshots (at least for me) at ftp://ftp.ximian.com.
I took a look at this, and it seems that on my machine, the icon files that Evolution is looking for aren't present in the places that are being searched by whatever library is used for this sort of thing (perhaps by libgnomeui?). I've updated the bug report for anyone who has a clue what code is doing the lookup - it shouldn't be hard to track this down if you know the GNOME code at all (I don't, yet).
Anyway, Felipe, you're report is interesting. I had guessed that this wasn't an Evolution problem, since it doesn't seem to know the locations of the icons that are being looked for. Are you installing any other ximian packages, and are you using a current rawhide? In particular, it would be interesting to know what versions of redhat-artwork and libgnomeui you have installed.

libgnomeui-2.2.0.1-5.ximian.6.6 redhat-artwork-0.77-1 evolution-1.4.4.0.200308201429-0.snap.ximian.6.1
Hope this helps :-)
I looked a little further, and odds are you're right, this is there are a number of changes in this area in the new evolution development snapshot. The code doing the icon hunt is in evolution, and appears to have been reimplemented. Details here:

Wish GNOME anoncvs was working at the moment - I can't get much further than this without some source.
