Is there any way I can make xmms use Gstreamer for its input. That way I would only have to worry about keeping up to date with Gstreamer plugins. And also, does anyone else have problems with playback of some mp3 files using gstreamer. Some of my mp3s say media type not found or some other error messages.
I have Rhythmbox, but it takes to long to start up. I am keeping a close eye on it though, I wish they could have a nice little database so that it doesn't have to refresh the library every time it starts.
