After removing "rhgb quiet" from kernel.
as I can still see it's started, but not required by myself. Is it an essential service? How do I prevent plymouth from starting?
systemctl status plymouth* returns nothing

I don't have F16 so I have not tested it yet, but I saw that Lennart instructed to use this command rd_NO_PLYMOUTH plymouth.enable=0
