This testcase [1] should ensure, that if the user uses LiveCD tools to transfer the Fedora Live.iso to USB stick, the boot process works 'as expected'.
I propose this as a Alpha verification testcase.
---------------------------
= Description =
This test verifies that Fedora Live Image can be booted from USB stick.
There are more methods to create the Live USB stick, this test covers Livecd-tools.
== Setup ==
* Prepare the Live ISO image and USB stick. * Copy the Live.iso to the USB stick using LiveCD tools [2]
== How to test ==
* Insert the USB stick containing Live.iso, and boot the system under test * At the boot prompt, interrupt the automatic boot sequence by pressing any key. Then select the menu option Boot.
== Expected Results ==
* A graphical boot menu is displayed and the graphics look reasonably good. While hi-res images aren't supported in the boot menu, the graphics should not look extremely pixelated. * Upon selecting Boot, the Live image boots successfully.

I just realized, this test case is bad. It's basically a duplicate of QA:Testcase_USB_stick_Live Live-ISO-to-Disk: they both come from the same reference guide, and the 'livecd-tools' section of that guide is really just ensuring that livecd-iso-to-disk is installed.
What this test case ought to do is ask the tester to use livecd-creator to create the USB image. That's the case we're currently missing.

I decided to just go ahead and do this since, again, it's clearly the Right Thing To Do (tm). I created a liveusb-creator (not livecd-creator, that's something else entirely...) test case:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Testcase_USB_stick_Live_luc
following the general template of all Josef's test cases, and replaced the 'livecd-tools' links on the Beta RC1 and installation results template page with links to this new test case. the 'livecd-tools' test was entirely redundant with 'livecd-iso-to-disk'.
