thanks for the request, Andre. For now we're queueing these up until the process is finalized.

Hi! So we're now accepting proven testers candidates. Can you please read the proven tester instructions at:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Proven_tester
and confirm that you've read and understand them and will do your testing in accordance with those? Also that you know how to enable the updates- testing repository, and use the Bodhi web interface - http://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/ - or the fedora-easy-karma utility to provide feedback? If you have any questions or problems with the process, please ask and I'll help out, that's what mentors are for! Once you're clear on the process, I'll sponsor you into the proventesters group. Thanks a lot for volunteering.

I've read the proven tester instructions and believe I understand them, except for some confusion on how to know which packages are critical path. I can use yum groupinfo on each of the critical path package groups listed on the [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Critical_path_package Critical_path_package] page, but that page also contains non-working links to daily generated package lists. The [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Proven_tester Proven_tester] page also implies that critical path packages are indicated in their descriptions ("Pay particular attention to updates whose description notes that they are critical path updates. "), but while using fedora-easy-karma, I saw no packages described as such.
Anyway, I have both F12 and F13 x86_64 installed as VirtualBox guests, and each has updates-testing enabled. I've already run through fedora-easy- karma on each, but only felt qualified to chip in on about 2 bugs so far (either unfamiliarity with the package, or not having already experienced a bug which only affected some users of the old version). Of course I've also used the Bodhi web interface previously.

Critical path updates have the text "critical path bugfix update" at the end of their title. e.g. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates /evolution-mapi-0.30.2-1.fc13,evolution- exchange-2.30.2-1.fc13,evolution-2.30.2-1.fc13,evolution-data- server-2.30.2-2.fc13,gtkhtml3-3.30.2-1.fc13 - note that it reads "evolution-mapi, evolution-exchange, evolution, evolution-data-server, gtkhtml3 critical path bugfix update". This should also be visible in f-e-k. Note that this has only been the case since we actually re-enabled the requirement for proventester karma for critpath updates; there was a period where it wasn't the case.
f-e-k has also had options added to display only critpath updates, in the latest git. A new release of the package should be coming soon, with those options added.
I will sponsor your application, welcome to the proventesters!
