Besides an NFS install of an expanded tree, what install types are currently supported. For examble, I believe that an ftp install is supported and that installing off a DVD image will not install.

NFS, FTP and HTTP tree installs should currently work. Anything else probably won't. Although that should be changing Real Soon Now (tm)

Post a notice when it does support others (e.g., DVD and/or nfs to iso image) and I will give it a try.
