For information, i recently update kde to version 4.0.83-1 on rawhide and had some conflict with libkdcraw and libkipi that were required by digikam. I removed digikam that i am not really using and update kde with success.
Best regards.

Bug already filed for conflicts with libkipi and co. They are now provided as part of kdegraphics-libs, as opposed to separate packages. The only actual clashes turn out to be e.g. icon files and documentation. I believe Kevin is going to remove the clashing files from one package or the other, but I'll let him speak for himself.
