The page https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing mentions nothing about modular repos. So the following bugzilla notice from bodhi:
FEDORA-MODULAR-2020-8561dc3e3f has been pushed to the Fedora 32 Modular testing repository.
You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-MODULAR-2020-8561dc3e3f
See also https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for more information on how to test updates.
Is not particularly helpful as you need to enable the updates-testing-modular repo.
I'm assuming it would be best to mention that in that page - but maybe someone has a different idea about how to handle modular updates?

No, just the page hasn't been updated since Modularity came in. I'll update it. Thanks!
