I'm installing updates from http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/testing/13/i386
(is that the wrong place to go?)
Right now it contains gnome-icon-theme-2.30.1-2.fc13.noarch.rpm and gnome-icon-theme-extras-2.30.1-1.fc13.noarch.rpm
and these two don't like each other, leads to a version clash.

It's a known problem, it will be sorted out soon.

If you're thinking it's an anomaly that they're versioned differently, it's not; they're separate .src.rpms and it's fine for them to not have identical EVRs. The bug is just a bug, and it's fixed in icon-theme 2.30.1-3.fc13, which should land on your mirror soon (if you can't wait, grab it from Koji).
