Presumably it's still OK at this stage to fix obviously failing packages in F33. In particular I'm still working through the list of QT packages that are running afoul of the symbol binding issues which in turn cause those packages to segfault immediately at startup.
Yep, we don't freeze until next week and if they're submitted they may well go stable before. Once we freeze unless they Blockers/Freeze exceptions they'll just go our as zero days.
