My understanding is that Samba 4.3 is scheduled to ship Sept 8 and it has support for MIT Kerberos, meaning finally Fedora can do an AD. (or so say the people on the Samba list).
Given this important added functionality, will Samba 4.3 be rolled into Fedora 23?

That's a better question for devel@, but I'd argue that it would be better to let that bake a little longer and aim for Fedora 24 Alpha instead.
