The dropdown list is populated alphabetically using the current locale. The "Please choose" should definitely be at the top, I'd open an issue at upstream weblate for this. The language codes are correct, it is just missing the Taiwan variant (zh_Hant_TW), you should also report this to upstream.

Access speed is great.
Language list seems a bit of mess. I didn’t find zh_CN and zh_TW and zh_HK on the list. Please add them. Or change  zh_Hans, zh_Hant, zh_Hant_HK respectively. The Chinese Min Nan (nan), Yue (yue), Zhuang (za) are not needed. 
Also please keep the words “Please choose” on top of that list.
