sudo dnf upgrade --exclude=kernel-core
will exclude:
- kernel and
- kernel-core and
- kernel-modules
I'm unsure about kernel-headers, kernel-modules-extra (?), kernel-srpm-
macros.
but should be done with additional "--exclude="
