Hi All,
Fedora 38
I just discovered the NAPS2 (Not Another PDF Scanner)
is now available as an RPM. (It saves images too.)

Here is a screen shot on NAPS2 running on my computer:

As many of you already know, I do a lot of work on
Windows as I can not find much Linux work. I prefer
Linux work as I am not constantly troubleshoot
quality/system issues. I constantly install NAPS2
on my Windows customers.
NAPS2 makes for a full featured, easy to use scanner
utility. And my low and zero computer skill customers
are able to use it without issue (I do have to set up
their scanners for them though.)
I especially love the ability to eMail directly from
Thunderbird in NAPS2.
And with "all in one" printer now being fall apart in your
hands, the user does not have to learn a new way to
use the new printer to scan. (Some of the scanner
utility that come with the printers, all I can say
is "what where they thinking?")
I now have NAPS install on my fedora 38) computer. It
is sweet.
I am a YUGE fan of both Simple Scan and NAPS2. I
now have two scanner utilities that I adore.
CUSS (Common Unix Scanning System A.K.A "SANE"),
not so much and have removed CUSS from my system.
CUSS comes under "What were they thinking?" as well.
