The Fedora Join SIG focuses on redirecting and pointing new people in
the right directions to contribute. It would be great to include
long-time Ambassadors and Fedorans in that group because the mentorship
by older folks in the community is equally important to bring in new
folks too.
Mentorship is how we avoid burnout and keep the "human" part of Fedora
more sustainable. I want to highlight the exciting work the Join SIG is
doing to this end, and the great need for volunteers and mentors to help
out there. :)
