Ok Jared, that's clear to me. But we're not using any logos (Shadowman),
trademarks (RedHat, RedHat Inc) and so on. It's simply a blue Fedora that
represents the color/name of our project.
Do you really think it confuses someone? I can't see how it does...
In some languages, Fedora is not the name of a hat (because it doesn't
exist in that language).
Wearing a hat in these circumstances wouldn't provide any clear
association between « Fedora » and the hat on your head.
For those who have heard of Red Hat, though, seeing a hat on your head
could make them think about it.
