Not related to Plasma, try downgrading libtirpc, that update seems to be
broken:

Ah, thankyou sir - I noticed it too late for me to get to any debugging and
have been in meetings all day - but downgrading the package to the following
version restores NFS mounts etc:
libtirpc.x86_64 1.0.2-4.fc27
