Oops, adding the thread back to the list.
The way the `dwm-user` package works is that it looks for the config in
`~/.dwm/config.h` and for patches in `~/.dwm/patches/*.diff`. And instead
of starting it with `dwm`, you start it with `dwm-start` which will
recompile it with your configuration before it starts. It has a fantastic
manpage (`man dwm-start`).
The default config is mentioned in the dwm, so you can just copy it to
`~/.dwm/config.h` and edit.
