Hello all,
The modal windows of Gnome apps in F19 are causing switching to previously active window (similar to Alt-tab). Its happening across apps and actions. Steps to reproduce: 1) Open few apps (nautilus, gedit, firefox, etc). 2) Try deleting a file in nautilus, or opening About Files or About gedit (in gedit). Modal window opens and in the background window switch happens. 3) Upon selecting an option in the modal window, window switches back.
For firefox, this happens with the proxy window that pops up asking for credentials. But similar thing doesnt happen upon clicking About Firefox.
$ rpm -qa | grep gnome-shell gnome-shell-3.8.2-3.fc19.x86_64
Is it already reported, or should i file a bug?

Could you take a screencast of the problem you are seeing ? It is not entirely clear to me.
This seems to be happening only on a system running nouveau driver (updated F19). $ glxinfo | grep -i opengl OpenGL vendor string: nouveau OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on NV44 OpenGL version string: 2.1 Mesa 9.2.0 OpenGL shading language version string: 1.20
Have another installation of updated F19, with intel drivers, and no such issue is happening there! $ glxinfo | grep -i opengl OpenGL vendor string: Intel Open Source Technology Center OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel(R) 945GM OpenGL version string: 2.1 Mesa 9.2.0 OpenGL shading language version string: 1.20
Following are the links for the screencast: 1) Deleting a file when only nautilus is running http://youtu.be/Ub6YjTAjRbw
