Hi, after smooth upgrade from Fedora 37 to Fedora 38 every printed page on my HP LaserJet P2055dn is reversed. How to flip the printout around the vertical axis? And what happend to my cups config? Kind regards, Frank

Cannot install skypeforlinux

Dear All, When trying to install dnf install skypeforlinux I am getting the error below transcribed. Could you please help me with this? System upgrade verification

To upgrade from Fedora-37 to Fedora-38 the instructions (https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/dnf-system-upgrade/) sa y: ... 5. When the new GPG key is imported, you are asked to verify the key’s fingerprint. Refer to https://getfedora.org/security to do so. Which never happened. I have continued with the upgrade. display issue after f37 weekly patching.

(f37) I just finished doing my weekly "dnf upgrade" patches. I then rebooted. My workstation is acting like it has only 1 monitor (it has 2). The display looks like a pixel is about twice as big as what it should be. That is, everything looks big. The "NVIDIA X Server Settings" tool does not launch. I don't know if this is related, but when I ran "rkhunter --check", it warned about several files. I then ran "rkhunter --propupd"; it seemed to run properly. But then another run of "rkhunter --check" listed the same problems as the first run. What's wrong? What's the fix? Bill.

F38 - QEMM image migration problem

I have a Fedora21 image from my old F35 system that I rsnyced to my F38 system: # ls -ls /var/lib/libvirt/images/ total 18397576 18397576 -rw-r--r--. 1 qemu qemu 18839109632 Apr 30 21:15 fedora21.qcow2 I then went through the process Create New Virtual Machine Import existing Disk Image Fedora 21 is not a listed OS. I tried Generic or Unknown OS. The image started, but nothing happening in the view. It did the select kernel ver and I just let it take the 1st as I do on F35. It just sits there. What is the magic selection to get an old F21 image running? Only a couple things I use this for, but would be a real pain to migrate. Running the image is easier... Thanks

switching windows behavior changed with F38 Gnome ?

Hi guys. All this years I could switch between... say Firefox and Chromium, this way: a) had a Chromium window focused-on b) had a number of Firefox windows (as well as Chromum windows) in the background c) I switched with Alt+Tab to Firefox window (whichever window was there first, does not matter) d) could switch back - all the previous Fedora/Gnome versions - to that last Chromium window, quickly & easily with Alt+Esc but now.. with an upgrade to F38, Atl+Esc goes through _all_ Firefox windows instead. @fedorians - do you also see/get this change? @devel, if read here - was this change planned, intentional? If so then why, what for? many thanks, L.

Usually this sort of stuff clears up in a couple of days, but I've been getting these errors for around a week now and wonder if they will ever go away?
